At elevations approaching 2,000 metres and above, ripe cherries are selectively hand-picked before being naturally dried on raised African beds, allowing the fruit’s sweetness to slowly concentrate while preserving the delicate floral character that has made Ethiopian coffees so revered.
The result is a beautifully expressive cup that balances vibrant citrus and soft florals with layers of sweet berry fruit and honeyed complexity.
